(“Bachem”) located at 3132 Kashiwa Street, Torrance, CA 90505, and Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (“Revance”) located at 7555 Gateway Boulevard, Newark, CA 94560, is effective as of the date of the final signature below (the “First Amendment Effective Date”).
