THIS MULTIFAMILY LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (“Loan Agreement”) is dated as of the 24th day of January, 2013 and is made by and between ASHFORD PARK, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and PRUDENTIAL AFFORDABLE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, “Lender”).
