THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 19th day of December 2022, by and between SPINNAKER ETF SERIES, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, Langar Global HealthTech ETF (the “Fund”), and LANGAR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC (the “Advisor”), located at 13346 Marigold Way, San Diego, CA 92130.
