THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (together with the attached Business Terms Exhibit, the “Agreement”), is made effective as of August 3, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between SESEN BIO, INC., a Delaware corporation with an office at 245 First Street, Suite1800, Cambridge, MA 02142 (“SESEN”), and Dennis Kim, with an address at 1 McVickers Lane, Mendham, NJ 07945 (“Consultant”).
