This 364-DAY CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of February 8, 2019, by and among LYONDELLBASELL INDUSTRIES N.V., a naamloze vennootschap (a public limited liability company) formed under the laws of The Netherlands (the “Company”), LYB AMERICAS FINANCE COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the various institutions from time to time party to this Agreement as lenders (the “Lenders”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (“Bank of America”), as Administrative Agent.
