THIS EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Lyondell Chemical Company, a Delaware corporation (together with the LyondellBasell Group and all present and former parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and affiliated corporations the “Company”), and Thomas Aebischer (“Executive”).
