This Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement is entered into as of July 17, 2024, by and among LYONDELLBASELL INDUSTRIES N.V., a naamloze vennootschap (a public limited liability company) formed under the laws of The Netherlands (the “Company”), LYB AMERICAS FINANCE COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Co-Borrower” and, together with the Company, the “Borrowers” and each, a “Borrower”), the various institutions from time to time party to this Agreement as Lenders and L/C Issuers and CITIBANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
