This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 9th day of April, 2013 (the “Agreement”), by and between INTERNATIONAL SAFETY GROUP, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), having its principal place of business at 2975 Westchester Avenue, Suite 114, Purchase, New York 10577, and Brian Healion (the “Employee”), having an address at 200 E. 16th Street, Apt 5H, New York, NY 10003 (the Employee and the Company are collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
