Nye Lane, Suite 455, Carson City, Nevada. (the “Company”), and Dr. Amanjit Singh Josan, an individual with a primary residence located at 7673 Black Walnut Trail, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (the “Consultant”) (individually, a “Party”, collectively, the “Parties”).
