THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of October 24, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between Urigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Urigen”), with a place of business at 501 Silverside Road PMB# 95, Wilmington, Delaware 19809 and IMPRIMIS PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Imprimis”), with a place of business at 12264 El Camino Real, Suite 350, San Diego, California 92130.
