THIS COMMISSION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) effective as of December 21, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Imprimis”), having a place of business at 12264 El Camino Real, Suite 350, San Diego, California 92130, and Professional Compounding Centers of America, INC., a Texas corporation (“PCCA”), having a place of business at 9901 South Wilcrest Drive, Houston, Texas 77099.
