This Asset Purchase Agreement is entered into on July 1, 2016, by and among: WFS Services, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Seller”), Deborah Shapiro, [ Ann Newman ] and [ Michael Newman ] (the “Shareholders”), and Medical Transcription Billing, Corp., a Delaware Corporation (the “Purchaser”).
