THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated as of the last date provided for on the signature page hereto (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between Richard L. Lindstrom, M.D., an individual (“Lindstrom”), with a principal place of business at 2811 Westwood Road, Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 and Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Imprimis”), with a principal place of business at 12264 El Camino Real, Suite 350, San Diego, California 92130.
