This is Resignation Agreement and Mutual Release (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into the 6th day of July 2017 (“Agreement Date”) by and among QUEST SOLUTION, INC., a Delaware corporation, (the “Company”) and THOMAS MILLER , an individual (“T.
