THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on April 27, 2017, by and between Gushen Credit Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong (“Seller”), and Greenpro Resources Limited, a limited company incorporated in British Virgin Islands (“Buyer”).
