This Co-Venture Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 16th day of January, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between VirTra Systems, Inc., a Texas corporation (“VirTra”), and Modern Round, L.L.C., a Nevada limited liability company and its Affiliates (“Modern Round”).
