This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 10th day of November 2016, by and between PolarityTE, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered at 615 Arapeen Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108 (“Parent”) and Edward Swanson, an individual (“Executive”). As used herein, the “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall mean the date as written above and signed below.
