This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the [ ] day of [ ] 2017, by and between PolarityTE, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered at 615 Arapeen Drive, Suite 102, Salt Lake City, UT 84108 (“Parent”) and Holly Kramen, an individual (“Executive”). As used herein, the “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall mean the date as written above and signed below.
