THIS SEPARATION AND GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Separation Agreement”) is entered into between ABDEL FAWZY, with an address at 1225 Colony Preserve Drive, Boynton Beach, FL 33436 (the “Employee”) and MATINAS bIOPHARMA hOLDINGS, iNC., having an office at 1545 Route 206 South, Suite 302, Bedminster, NJ 07921 (the “Employer”).
