Executive Pkwy., Suite 500, Lehi, UT 84045 (“Company”) and Gregory Mongeon, an individual with a principal address of 2102 W. Golden Pond Way, Orem, UT 84058 (“Executive” and “Company” each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
