THIS TERMINATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 11, 2018 (“Effective Date”), is by and among Reliant Service, Inc., a Nevada corporation, Coolpaul Holding Group Limited., a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles (“CPRC”), and five stockholders set forth in Schedule A, who collectively hold 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of CPRC (the “Stockholders”).
