AMENDMENT, DATED DECEMBER 5, 2018, TO 7% PROMISSORY NOTE, dated as of December 31, 2017, made by and between Progreen US, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”) and American Residential Fastigheter AB, a Swedish corporation (the “Holder”).
