This INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 8th day of March, 2019, effective as of March 13th, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and Addentax Group Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Ms. Ng Chung Chi, a citizen of Hong Kong China, with a permanent residence at 8A, The Brand, 101 Tai Tong Road, Yuen Long, Hong Kong (the “Independent Director”).
