This INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 8th day of March, 2019, effective as of March 13th, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and Addentax Group Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Ms. Yu Jiaxin, a citizen of Mainland China, with a permanent residence at Kingkey 100, Block B, Floor 14, No.5016, Shennan East Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (the “Independent Director”).
