THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made, entered into, and effective as of April 15, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Cipherloc Corporation a Texas Corporation, with its principal place of business located at 825 Main Street, Suite 100 Buda, TX 78610 (“Company”), and James W. Sullivan an individual located at 6469 Almaden Expressway, Suite 80-129, San Jose, CA 95120, (“Employee”) (individually, a “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”).
