THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is made effective as of this 1st day of February, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PW CO CanRE Sherman 6 LLC, a Colorado LLC, with an address of which for notice purposes is 301 Winding Road, Old Bethpage, New York 11804 (“Landlord”) and Green Street LLC (whose 100% owner is Michael Pi), a Colorado LLC, with an address of which for notice purposes is 20319 Tamarack Lane, Ordway, CO 81063 (“Tenant”).
