Wensouth subsequently assigned its interest in the Restaurant Absolutely Net Lease to Wensouth Orlando, Ltd. Wensouth Orlando, Ltd. assigned its interest in the Restaurant Absolutely Net Lease to Wencoast Restaurants, Inc. (“Wencoast”), and Wencoast and Landlord amended such Restaurant Absolutely Net Lease by an Amendment of Lease Agreement dated November 9, 2000. Pursuant to an Assignment, Assumption and Amendment of Lease dated as of July 2, 2007, Wencoast assigned the Restaurant Absolutely Net Lease to Wendgusta, LLC (“Tenant”), and Landlord and Tenant amended the Restaurant Absolutely Net Lease. Landlord and Tenant subsequently amended the Restaurant Absolutely Net Lease by an Amendment of Lease dated as of December 23, 2008.
