This PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is dated as of December 1, 2019, made effective as of December 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between Medigus Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (“Licensor”) and ScoutCam Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (“Licensee”).
