This MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on June 30, 2020, but shall be deemed operative during the Term (as defined below), by and between Worthy Management, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Worthy Management”) and Worthy Community Bonds, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”).

The following terms constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, as an Investor (“Investor,” “you”) and Worthy Community Bonds, Inc., a Florida corporation, and any subsidiary of Worthy Community Bonds, Inc., (collectively “Worthy,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Worthy Community Bonds (the “Worthy Community Bonds”) that you may, from time to time, make from Worthy. Prior to completing your purchase of Worthy Community Bonds, by executing this Agreement, you acknowledge you have reviewed the Worthy Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) on the Worthy web site at worthybonds.com and any subdomain thereof (collectively, the “Worthy Site”).
