This INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 6th day of August, 2020, effective as of August 10th, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and Addentax Group Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Ms. Cui Shan, a citizen of Mainland China, with a permanent residence at Huicheng District Dingjingwang Dihuaxuan, Building G301, Huizhou, Guangdong, China (the “Independent Director”).
