(formerly known as MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION BILLING, CORP.), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7 Clyde Road, Somerset, New Jersey 08873 (“Parent”), (ii) MTBC ACQUISITION, CORP., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7 Clyde Road, Somerset, New Jersey 08873 (“Acquisition”), (iii) MTBC HEALTH, INC., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7 Clyde Road, Somerset, New Jersey 08873 (“Health”), (iv) MTBC PRACTICE MANAGEMENT, CORP., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7 Clyde Road, Somerset, New Jersey
