This OPTION CANCELLATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between NanoVibronix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Thomas Mika (the “Participant”), effective as of November 2, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
