This Contribution Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of January 19, 2021, is entered into by and among ZVV Media Partners, LLC (“Company”), Vinco Ventures, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Vinco Ventures”), and ZASH Global Media and Entertainment Corporation (“ZASH”).
