This GLOBAL GUARANTY AGREEMENT (the “Guaranty”) is made as of March 25, 2021, by and among PRODIGY TEXTILES (“PT”), a Vietnam LLC, ( PT is referred to as the “Guarantor”), in favor of YAII PN, LTD. (the “Investor”) with respect to all obligations of KRAIG BIOCRAFT LABORATORIES, INC. (the “Company”), a Wyoming corporation, owes to the Investor. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Securities Purchase Agreement (as defined below).
