This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of March 1, 2021, by and between Jeff Berman (“Executive”) and GAN Nevada, Inc., for the benefit of GAN Nevada, Inc., including its Affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) and Executive and Company shall be referred to herein, collectively, as the “Parties” and, individually, as a “Party.”
