This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 11th day of March 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between Can B Corp., a Florida corporation (the “Issuer”), Botanical Biotech LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Company”) and Bradley Lebsock, a resident of CO (“Employee”) and collectively as the Parties (“Parties”).
