THIS CERTIFIES that on ________________, Charles M. Fernandez (“Holder”) was granted _____________ (_____,000) shares of fully paid and non-assessable shares (“Restricted Shares”) of the Common Stock (par value $0.0001 per share) of Orbsat Corp. (the “Corporation”), a Nevada corporation.
