THIS CONFIDENTIAL SEPARATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 24, 2021, to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Paragraph 8 hereof, by and between OncoSec Medical Incorporated (the “Company”) and Daniel J.
