THIS LICENSE AGREENMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 28, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between Adhera Therapeutics, Inc., with its principal offices at 8000 Innovation Park, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70820 (“Adhera”), and Melior Pharmaceuticals II, LLC., with principal offices located at 860 Springdale Drive, Exton, PA, USA ( “Melior”).
