THIS UNIT PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 31, 2021, is made by and among (i) Twin Peaks Buyer, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), (ii) FAT Brands Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”), and (iii) Twin Peaks Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Seller”).
