THIS ART PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 13th day of September, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and [***](“Seller”), and Masterworks Gallery, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with an address at 53 Beach Street, New York, New York 10013 (“Agent”).
