THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT(“Amendment”) is entered into by and between NBF Holdings Canada Inc. (“Nutrablend”) and MusclePharm Corporation (“MusclePharm”).
