THIS NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 23, 2021, (the “Execution Date”), is entered into by and between RESPIRERX PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and QUICK CAPITAL, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Buyer”).
