This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jeffrey Meisner (“Executive”) and The Glimpse Group, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (“Company”) (collectively, the “Parties”), and made effective as of the Closing Date as defined in the Membership Interest Sale Agreement by and among the Company, Sector 5 Digital, LLC, and Jeff Meisner, Jeff Meade, Doug Fidler, and Brandy Cardwell (the “Effective Date”).
