Effective as of January 14, 2021, the undersigned New World Technologies, Inc. (“Purchaser”), has purchased from New World Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), an aggregate of 100,000 shares (the “Shares”) of the common stock of the Company at a purchase price of $5.00 per share, (for a total purchase price of $500,000.00), paid in legal tender rendered, receipt of which the Company acknowledges.
