THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 (the “Amendment”) to the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated October 25, 2021 (“Agreement”), between POLARITYTE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and BCG ACQUISITIONS LLC, a Utah limited liability company and/or assigns (“Buyer”) is made this 15th day of March 2022.
