This Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between REGENXBIO Inc. (“REGENXBIO”) and Abeona Therapeutics Inc. (“Abeona”) and is effective as of the date of the last signature hereto (the “Effective Date”).
