This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 11th day of August, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Nova Lifestyle Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Jeffery Chuang (the “Executive”).

THIS AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of this 30th day of December, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Nova Lifestyle, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Jeffery Chuang (“Employee”). The Company and Employee are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
