This Master Services Agreement, when executed by the parties hereto, will constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) between Bright BGC Corporation (the “Company”) and Titan Advisory Services LLC (“TITAN”), located at 50 Constitution Way, Jersey City, NJ 07305.
