This Note Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 5, 2022 (the “Closing Date”), by and among (i) Credex Corporation, a Florida corporation (the “Company”) and (ii) William Savage and Sherry Savage, as joint tenants (collectively, “Buyer”). The Company and the Buyer may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
